Issue: The watch shows as connected, but no data is being transferred to the app.

Dogs are displayed on the watch but not sent to the app on the mobile phone.

Sometimes, the data transfer between the Garmin watch and the mobile app may temporarily stop. Restarting the watch usually restores the connection. We have observed this occasionally during our tests.

  1. Press and hold the Light/CTRL button.
  2. Select Power Off.
  3. Turn the watch back on by pressing the Light/CTRL button again.
